Open to walkers, runners, and cyclists of all fitness levels, this event brings together survivors, advocates, healthcare professionals, and community members united by one mission: ending preventable blood clot deaths.
Every participant receives a free Patient Advocacy Toolkit — the same guide that could save their life or the life of someone they love in an emergency room.
